Full Day of Eating Ketogenic Meal Ideas - Keto Under 20 Grams of Carbs

       So I just finished uploading one of my Full Day of Eating ("FDOE") videos up on my keto channel and I thought I would share a quick blog post on the deets. I break down my meals for the day along with my overall macro nutrients, totaling 17g of net carbs. Amazing! I've already lost 3 lbs. of water weight this week and am so excited to get down to my goal weight.   


Meal No. 1: 

  • coffee 
  • cream
  • two packets of truvia
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ounce of cheddar
  • 1 tbls Salsa
  • 1 tbls Sour Cream

Meal No. 2: 
  • Salami
  • Cello Cheese
  • 4 medium Strawberries
  • 6 ounces of Prosecco

Meal No. 3: 
  • 1 Serving of Curried Shrimp w/broccolini (recipe serves 3):
    • 16 oz Jumbo Shrimp
    • 1/2 can of coconut milk
    • 4 ounces Broccolini
    • 1 tbsp curry powder
    • 1 tbsp hot chili oil
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
