Hello, loves ♥ Gearing up for June and thought I would share my Habit Tracking insert. This really helps me stick to my goals for the month and I can clearly see if I'm slacking. Basically, you write in whatever daily goals you want to establish on the left and then you place a check mark or big X in the respective day if you accomplished it.
Like any effective practice, true transformation occurs with daily repetition. In the image above I have added some sample goals, but I have also included blank templates below so that you can insert whatever tickles your fancy.
When you go to print, you can do so in any size that will fit your planner. I am currently obsessed with my Happy Planner and cannot live without it! It is SOOOOO customizable, but that is a topic for another post ;)
